VEGETABLE SOUP

This recipe is amazingly easy, but don't let that deceive you.

12 C water
1 onion-diced
2 cloves garlic-minced
2 C potato- chopped
1 t salt
1 C carrots
1 C pasta (optional)
1 C zucchini
1 C corn
1 C peas
1 t each salt, dill, parsley, basil, oregano

Cook the onion, garlic, potato, and salt in water 5 minutes at low boil. Add the carrots and pasta, cook an additional 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and cook 10 minutes or longer.
