SUMMERTIME PASTA SALAD

I usually end up doubling or even tripling this recipe.

1/4 C mayonnaise
1 T milk
2 T parsley
4 oz Vegetable corkscrew or bowtie noodles-cooked and chilled
1/2 C carrot- sliced
1/2 C zucchini-sliced
1/2 C black olives-halved
1/2 C frozen peas
2-4 oz cheese of your choice-cut in small cubes

Mix mayonnaise with milk and parsley. Combine all other ingredients and toss with mayo mix. Chill for one hour before serving (if you can-I always end up getting into it before then).
