SUGARLESS APPLE PIE

Whole Wheat Pie Crust for top and bottom
1 6 oz frozen apple juice concentrate
2 T cornstarch
1/4 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
~8 apples, sliced

Combine apple juice concentrate, cornstarch, salt & spices in saucepan. Cook until thick and clear over medium heat. Toss apples and juice mixture. Spoon into pie shell and cover with top crust. Bake @ 350 F for 45 minutes.
