EASY LEMON PIE

1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
1/3 C lemon juice
1 T grated lemon rind
1/4 t salt
graham cracker crust

In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, grated lemon rind and salt until thickened. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Another pie that is made perfect by the addition of fresh fruit.

To make lime pie, just substitute lime juice for the lemon juice. I can not decide which one I like better.
