This recipe was given to me by Kari.
¼-½ C starterI like to use fresh herbs since I have them handy in the garden, but dried work just as well.
Combine starter, water, honey, olive oil and flour. Stir well, cover and set aside to rise until double in bulk or overnight.
Chop and mix the herbs, garlic, & salt. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth (10-12 minutes), kneading in the herbs and salt. Place in oiled bowl, cover and let rest 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out dough to desired shape, pre-bake 10-12 minutes, Remove and top with toppings of your choice. Raise temp of oven to 450, and bake an additional 10-12 minutes.
