CORN PIZZA

1 pizza crust
1 package frozen corn
1-2 C grated goat cheddar cheese
paprika
black olives
fresh basil
pineapple (fresh cut up or canned chunks/tidbits)

If you are making your own pizza crust, prepare the pizza crust and pre-bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Allow to cool.

Spread corn evenly over pizza crust (I do not use the whole bag of corn). Sprinkle the cheddar evenly over corn. Add liberal seasoning of paprika. Cut olives, pineapple and basil into bite size pieces and arrange on top.

Bake in a 450 degrees F oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is nicely melted and the vegetables are warmed through.
