5 T butterSaute the mushrooms in butter and cook until limp. Remove pan from heat and stir in bread crumbs and wheat germ. Turn into a well buttered 9-inch pie pan and press evenly onto bottom and sides. In the same pan saute the onions and cook until soft. Spread onions over crust and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese. In a blender blend the cottage cheese, eggs, thyme and marjoram until smooth. Pour into crust and sprinkle with paprika. Bake @350 F for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
