BROWN RICE CHEESE LOAF

Rice mixture:
4 C cooked brown rice
2 C cheddar cheese-shredded
2 C tomatoes-diced
2 T tamari
2 T olive oil
1 T oregano
1 T basil
2 T parsley
1/2 t tarragon
1/2 t thyme
1/4 t marjoram

Sliced vegetables:
1 C mushrooms
1 C black olives
1 C zucchini

Topping:
wheat germ
sesame seeds
paprika

Combine all ingredients for rice mixture. Place 1/2 mixture into 2-9x5x3 pans.

Layer the vegetables on top of the rice mixture, then top with remaining rice mixture.

Sprinkle with wheat germ, sesame seeds, and paprika.

Bake @ 350'F for 30 minutes.
