PINEAPPLE CROCKPOT CHICKEN

I haven't found an easier way to make chicken, or a way that my family likes better. This recipe may be made with a frozen chicken.

One whole chicken
1 20 oz can pineapple, in it's own juice
2 T braggs aminos
1 clove garlic-minced
1-2 T ginger-minced
liberal seasoning of paprika

Rinse chicken in cool running water (yes, even if it is frozen). Place chicken in crockpot. Pour the pineapple juice over the chicken, reserving the pineapple in the refrigerator to be served with the chicken later. Add the tamari, garlic, and ginger. Sprinkle the chicken with paprika. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours.

I like to serve this with rice, the reserved cold pineapple, and green beans or a salad from the garden.
