When I make these cookies, I bake only what we are going to eat and place the remaining dough in the refrigerator. This way, whenever we wish to have cookies, they are always fresh and warm, right from the oven.
1/2 C peanut butterCream together the peanut butter, butter, and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350'F for 12-15 minutes.
