100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD

This is a wonderful versatile bread. We use it primarily as a sandwich bread in the summer time and eat it warm from the oven with soups and stews in the winter.

½-1 C of starter
½ C honey or maple syrup
1½ C water
2 T olive oil
5 C whole wheat flour
1½ t salt
