CINNAMON ROLLS

1/2 C starter
2 eggs-beaten
1 C milk
1/2 C maple syrup
1/3 C olive oil
4 C whole wheat flour
1 t salt

Heat the milk, oil and syrup until blended.
Beat the eggs well and add to milk mixture.
Follow instructions for making bread on the bread page.

To shape the rolls, roll out into an 8x24 inch rectangle.
Spread 6 T soft butter over dough and sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 C sugar and 2 t cinnamon. Roll up jelly roll style and pinch closed. Cut into 1 inch pieces and place in buttered pans. I use one 9x13 and one 8x8.

Let rise until double in bulk. Bake @ 350'F for 20-25 minutes.
