This recipe makes 3-4 smoothies depending on the size of your glass. The recipe can easily be cut in half if you don't need that much.
3 C frozen fruit (any type you like, or mix and match......I like blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry.)
2 bananas-preferably frozen (I buy a big bunch and when they are perfectly ripe I peel them and then put them in an airtight container in the freezer and pull one out whenever I want to use one. That way I never throw out old bananas because they got too ripe.)
1 large scoop (about 1/2 cup) plain or vanilla yogurt. (optional)
White grape juice (just enough to get the blender to mix things up to the desired consistency)
Blend ingredients and enjoy!
