VEGAN SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

5 oz spinach- steamed
1 pkg basil-chopped (about 4-6 T.)
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 small lemon
1 can cannellini beans
large jar artichoke hearts or bottoms

Place all ingredients except the artichokes in blender. Blend until smooth. Then chop the artichokes and stir them in to mix. Chill and serve with chips (we like blue corn chips).
